Our Initiatives
As a responsible corporate citizen, DBO invests heavily in initiatives that give back to communities and create long-term social value. Through its Academy of Modern Learning schools, the company enables holistic education in rural areas, promotes girls’ education through incentives and scholarships, and nurtures sporting talent by providing infrastructure, training, and pathways to national and international platforms.
DBO is also a firm proponent of environmental stewardship and social well-being, with numerous initiatives focused on water conservation, plantation, sustainable farming practices, and farmer support. Together, these efforts reflect DBO’s commitment to responsible development that not only serves the stakeholders, but also equally benefits people, communities, and the environment.

Education
We serve our communities by providing educational opportunities to children living in rural areas.
Our Academy of Modern Learning Schools with branches at Asmoli and Gunnaur are equipped with modern learning and sports facilities and encourage co-curricular activities to facilitate wholesome development.
We believe a key step towards furthering Women Empowerment requires proper education. Therefore, our schools provide special incentives to enroll girl students. We also offer scholarships to girl students who belong to economically challenged families.
Environment
Our environmental programs focus around water initiatives like rejuvenation of ponds, installation of hand pumps, and efficient plantation. In addition, we are in regular touch with farmers to aid them in implementing new farming techniques, deploying machinery, developing animal husbandry and minimizing the use of chemicals and fertilizers.
Sports
We actively promote sports amongst the children and youth of rural areas by providing them access to high quality sports infrastructure and equipment, coupled with sponsoring the budding talent emerging through our program, to enable them to participate in national and international events.
Our squash program is especially vibrant, which has produced numerous children who have represented India at the highest levels. This proficiency on the squash court has enabled several of our sponsored players to become financially independent by obtaining gainful employment, or in some cases, start their own coaching programs.
Social Initiatives
The recent epidemic has taken a toll on all of us. We as a community have incurred monetary setbacks. Moreover, many precious human lives were lost. The best way to overcome this irreparable loss caused by the pandemic is by sharing what we have with those who are in need.
Post-Covid, we are trying to do our bit in the form of weekly distribution of essential food items in NCR and the areas near our manufacturing units. Our aim is to touch the lives of those who have been deprived of the necessities.
